Looking for a fun, high-energy workout? Check out Youth Cycle Express, a 45-minute, non-impact cardio workout designed for youth ages 13 - 18.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced cyclist, you'll enjoy a variety of intervals and drills to keep your heart pumping. A great choice to stay active as the weather gets cooler and wetter outside.
Important Information:
New Cyclists: please arrive at least 5 minutes early for bike setup.
Participants under 15 years of must have an adult guardian review and complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q). You can download the form here and bring it to the class, or add it to your profile account at the front desk (come a little early before your first class to do this).
